Completed roof job July 2025. Joseph was great to communicate with! He came by to visually check, left us an estimate. Upon contacting him when we decided to use Bulldozer, he had materials ordered and delivered/placed on our roof, in preparation of their arrival to do our home next in queue. Everything went smoothly, they worked consistently. Even had neighbours acknowledging the crews great work ethic. Prior to starting removal of old shingles, someone went around and moved things away from the fall path (so my potted plants, etc that could potentially be damaged) they saw things we didn’t think of. Appreciated the care put in from start to finish to remain a clean work site. Upon completion the payment process has been great too! Joseph is super reasonable! Would hire again. Our roof looks great and so far rain galore since completion and no leaks we’ve noticed.
