Super institue. Les filles sont super toujours au petit soin avec moi pendant mes rendez-vous. Très douces, agréable et à l'écoute. Je recommande +++ l'institut. Le seule choses négatif c'est les entendre parfois les clients parler manquer de respecter gratuitement au filles et voir qu'elles sont prise en photos à leur issue....
Gestion clientèle catastrophique, prestations rarement impeccables, personnel peu ou pas formé et mal encadré : après des années d'abonnement je renonce, je ne recommande plus du tout cet institut. Soins testés : - onglerie ( je ne le referai jamais, soins, lime, pose, qualité du vernis pas correct = j'ai tout enlevé chez moi). - épilation lumière pulsée = jamais le suivi par la même personne ni le même tracé donc résultats très irréguliers - soins visage = peaux sensibles s'abstenir - massage cuir chevelu 5min = fumisterie - épilation à la cire = c'était la dernière prestation qui me retenait. Je vais trouver un autre endroit. Passez votre chemin
Les tarifs sont aberrants !! Pour juste une épilation de sourcils, c’est 16€ pour les non-abonnés . Hors, a aucun moment ce tarif n’est précisé. Que ce soit à l’institut ou sur le site le tarif indiqué est 8€. La justification était : c’est 8€ pour le bas de sourcil et 8€ pour le haut de sourcil ce qui fait un total de 16€. C’est n’importe quoi.
