Incredible service! From first contact, to the quote process, the prompt booking, the completion of the job… Kyle was generous with his time, ensuring I knew the process, explaining what needed done and why, and didn’t try to over sell me on products I didn’t need. The crew was polite, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and did an incredible job on the roof. Kyle went over and above to help set things up for the next phase of renovations seamlessly, and touched up existing pipes and lines to ensure the finished roof looked perfect! I’ve even caught my neighbours stopping on their walks to take a look! 10/10 would recommend Kyle and his team! Looking forward to working with them again on other work soon!

Called the company and they came out to inspect our roof for possible damage following wind and seeing a loose shingle lying on a gazebo roof. So impressed they didn't try to upsell us with something not required. Mike delivered great news that we didn't need a repair, as it was simply a left over piece of shingle from a previous repair. I would recommend BulletProof Roofing without hesitation as I can see they will do what is required and not extra, leading to extra expenses. Well done BulletProof Roofing. Also worth mentioning that; Mike has 24 years of experience in the industry. That speaks well of hiring practice at the company as well. Have a great summer guys!

We had Bulletproof replace our shingles back in 2022- I needed some distance from the fiasco before writing a review. I will start by saying that I believe the team that completed our job quit or was fired, due to poor workmanship and a variety of issues with other jobs around that time. I will attempt to keep this shorter than it could be, and have omitted other smaller issues we experienced (e.g., rep ensuring gutters could be repaired when this was not the case, delay in start date, etc.). To start, it appeared as though there was no communication with the rep and the team as to what exactly I wanted done. I had requested 3-4 additional vents be added, based on recommendations from our house inspection a few years previous, and made sure to communicate this clearly over the phone and via email before choosing this company. This work was included in our quote. When the job was initially 'completed', no additional vents had been added, and only when I mentioned this did the team return weeks later to install them. Minimal cleanup was done. They left shingle cutters and other tools on our back deck after 'finishing' the job, and I found over 60 roofing nails on our driveway, neighbour's driveway, our deck and in the yard/flowerbeds. We had 3 children, 5 years old and under at the time, so you can imagine why I was furious. When the lead came to discuss these concerns, he found HANDFULLS of nails in the gutters, and joked that one of the guys must have forgotten his tool belt one day. I wasn't amused. In addition, we experienced leaking from the chimney within 3 weeks of the roof being completed, causing interior damage to our ceiling. My contact with the company insisted that they would find someone to complete repairs; this was never done, and I didn't have any fight left in me to persist. Although someone returned to 'fix' the chimney later that summer, we experienced further leaking in 2023 during a heavy rain storm. Thankfully, it appears that something was finally done right, as we have had no leaking thus far this year *knock on wood*. All in all, we were not pleased at all with our experience, especially considering the immense cost of re-shingling a house. However, it appears that many other people have had positive experiences with this company since that time, so I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did.
