I've had multiple companies come to inspect the flat roof, some of which didn't even want to physically inspect it but rather just flew a drone (and they could not find any issues). These guys were hands down the most thorough, detailed, and genuinely caring about doing the work right and ensuring customer satisfaction. They spent time inspecting it in detail, keeping me informed, and then going above and beyond to fix it. They alone brought up the aesthetics, ensuring that their repairs did not impact the condo unit on the inside, and provided solutions on how that could be prevented or dealt with. They communicate very well and promptly. Adam, who did the work, was exceptional; I could not have been happier with his demeanor, effort, and the quality of work he delivered. It is very hard to find services today that are not mediocre, where people take pride in the work they do and do not rush through it. These guys are old school - quality of work over quantity. I would recommend this company to everyone and would hire them again for any roof work. Thank you Adam and the team, really appreciate it!

Recently NW Martin replaced a cedar shingle roof on a residential property in Kingsmill for my out of town clients. The entire experience working with NW Martin and their representative Adam was great!. Adam was very responsive, personable and easy going. The roofers were considerate and receptive of any feedback. NW Martin is seriously one of the BEST companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I am a listing real estate agent and had a property in King William that needed a little roofing attention. I called to get an estimate and Adam was so accommodating and got someone to the house within 24 hours! I was so impressed! The company came to my retail location quickly and fixed my roof. They also provided some great advice for future proofing my businesses roof. I highly recommend them.
