I would like to sincerely thank the entire team. My buggy was damaged, so I visited the store to inquire about repair options. The person who assisted me went above and beyond by contacting the company to check my warranty. Thanks to their efforts, a new buggy was delivered to me very quickly. I am especially grateful to ‘Baby Nest’ and the individual who helped me (apologies for forgetting his name). I truly appreciate all the support and assistance I received today!

Such amazing service! We came to Baby Nest looking for strollers after having a pretty bad experience at a much bigger store. Chloe was amazing - we were there for over an hour, she went through all our requirements step by step and recommended us the best options. We left with a much better idea of what we wanted and ended up returning a week later to place the order. They also offer complimentary fitting & assembly for anything you buy, which we will definitely take advantage of when the products arrive. Thank you again Chloe & team!

Had such a great experience purchasing through Baby Nest, not only were they so helpful initially helping me pick the right stroller for our family (which we love) but when a small part of it broke whilst still under warranty they not only sorted out the replacement part through the supplier, but even hand delivered it to our house and helped put it back together. Excellent service!

Great experience. We bought both pushchair and car seat from Baby Nest. knowledgeable team about all their products especially Ehson, he could help us a lot. And also their prices are cheaper than other shops. Definitely we will buy our future needs from their team again.

Really impressive place. The guy I spoke to was so knowledgeable about car seats and even though they didn't stock the one I was interested in he still spent time talking to me about the different options and recommending where I could source the car seat I wanted. The shop itself is beautifully set out and has customer parking at the back. 100% recommend.

Great experience purchasing our pram online. The pram was initially out of stock for quite a while, however, Amir made sure there was frequent communication to update us. We won’t hesitate to purchase anything from then again!
