Such amazing service! We came to Baby Nest looking for strollers after having a pretty bad experience at a much bigger store. Chloe was amazing - we were there for over an hour, she went through all our requirements step by step and recommended us the best options. We left with a much better idea of what we wanted and ended up returning a week later to place the order. Had such a great experience purchasing through Baby Nest, not only were they so helpful initially helping me pick the right stroller for our family (which we love) but when a small part of it broke whilst still under warranty they not only sorted out the replacement part through the supplier, but even hand delivered it to our house and helped put it back together.
