Not crowded one of the oldest branche and The taste is different then other xyz brands but they don't have proper knowledge about the burgurs anyhow I order the zinger party box it's was clearly written large fries but they gave me regular fries when I said it's showing large and it's big then he said it's Because it's a " photo" I will provide pictures as well My ratings will be Burger was 4.5/10 French fries was 4/10 Service was 8/10 They can improve and maybe I will try again in future

Ambiance The basement dine-in area was empty and lacked energy, making it feel uninviting. Service Service was polite but inflexible. We couldn’t cancel a bottled item after ordering, and billing policies were inconsistent. Food The American burger was good, but the Firehouse, Nashthrill, and Animal Fries were average. Portions were small and overpriced, leaving us unsatisfied. Verdict Decent food, but the ambiance, service, and value for money need improvement.

I recently experienced a disappointing version of loaded fries. Although I ordered a large serving, which initially appeared to have a good quantity, the actual quality did not meet expectations. The dish was more accurately described as "saucy fries" rather than truly loaded fries. There was a minimal amount of chicken included, and the large serving, priced over 1,000, contained only one slice of cheese, which was not even melted. Most of the dish was coated in sauce, which did not reach the fries at the bottom, resulting in an unsatisfactory experience overall..
