I visited Dubai in the last few days, but unfortunately a special circumstance occurred that forced me to go to the Emirates Specialty Hospital. The service was wonderful, especially from the receptionist "Insaf". She was very helpful and welcoming. Thanks again for the service, and I wish you further progress.

I, Mark, visited Emirates Specialty Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City last July 2024, I went to Dr. Michel Jabbour regarding my kidney stone, he is Very professional, yet friendly Doctor. He advised to do the surgery to remove the stone from my kidney and explain the procedures. We are also grateful for Nurse Lama for helping us. Fast forward, surgery was scheduled last 25th Aug 2024, we went to the hospital and got admitted around 8am and the surgery scheduled at 10am. Honestly don’t know what happened next coz I was in anaesthesia. When I woke up surgery was done and I was in the post-op for observations but my BP goes down and they gave me a medicine to regularized my BP, after sometime I had difficulty of breathing and complaint it to the Doctors, and they responded quickly, they did the chest x-ray and found out that my right lung was almost full of fluids. I don’t know what happened next… 7pm, they spoke to my family and informed that I am in the ICU. The entire team at ICU under Dr. Alai Taggu is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate. I felt genuinely cared by all the nurses; ICU In-charge SARA, RN’s Nimisha Jose, Jisha Maria, Vineetha Kurian, Manjunath, Eslam yahia, Jency Leelus. They did everything to save my life, I can highly recommend them. I love how Dr. Alai explains everything to my family and he is very honest doctor, he will tell you the real status of the patients. I also want to extend my gratitude to Dr. Mostafa for taking care of my lung’s issues, highly recommended! And to all the Filipino staffs at Emirates Specialty Hospital, we can’t thank you enough how you support my family during this hard time, to Mr. Johnson who offered a room for my family, thank you so much. And especially to all the people who prayed for me. Finally, I get discharged from the ICU on 29th August and discharged from the hospital last 31st August 2024. Lastly to the Hospital Director Dra. Monica, thank you for checking on us. We appreciate all the small things/ talks that your staffs did to us. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank you enough for the special, excellent care you have provided. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you performed on me. KUDOS to all the staffs!

We got in touch with Dr Shalini for our pregnancies it was very comforting from the very beginning with her. She encouraged a healthy pregnancy and was always ready to answer all our questions . With her assistance and guidance we were able to understand this new phase of life and how every decision affects the baby in the womb. Thank you doctor for your support!
