This is to express my sincerest thanks and high regard to Burjeel Medical Center at Azaiba in particular to Ms. Justine Bowon who painstakingly arranged for my appointments at the shortest possible time given the busy schedule of the Doctors that should fit my work schedule at the remote location. Her interface efforts, to answer my queries even after her work hours are truly a manifestation of a patient centered care. Also, my respects and admiration to Radiology staff Mr. Mohammed Abed and Ms. Jensy for receiving me with a caring smile, and performed the procedure in the most professional manner. Special thanks to Dr. Sonia, Cardiologist, who wear the happiest smile I have ever seen. Her care, expertise and professionalism are the true measures of a dedicated and committed medical practitioner. Thank you all. I am a BMC fan.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aswathy and Dr. Elham — truly two of the best physiotherapists in Oman! They are incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely caring professionals. Their support and expertise have helped me tremendously with the pains I’ve been struggling with. I highly recommend both of them to anyone in need of physiotherapy. Wishing them all the very best in life!

Not sure if the Lady at reception 1st floor was her job or just stood there to cover but was unprofessional and attitude rude. I cant blame a staff if they are not motivated and appreciated Management needs to look into this Patients can get medical care from many other hospitals but there is the preference to a certain doctor due to how good and professional their treatment & care Hence...again, your staff are your backbone Please take care of them...I certainly heard a lot of resentment from a staff which doesn't reflect well on the organisation I got a very good advice from this particular staff and yet, not valued. Moreover, has very thorough knowledge of medical procedures Push the staff to grow!
