It is completely unacceptable that I was left waiting over six hours for a tow truck to arrive. I initially contacted Progressive at 1:30 PM and was told a truck would arrive within 150 minutes. Not only did that time pass without any update, but each time I checked, the estimated arrival time continued to reset—this happened multiple times, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. What made this situation even more unacceptable was the conduct of the towing company. I was repeatedly told the driver was “stuck in traffic” for over five hours, which is simply not believable. Traffic does not justify such an extensive delay without any communication, progress updates, or a change in dispatch. I asked multiple times for a different towing service to be assigned, and yet the same provider kept being re-added to my case, despite their clear inability—or unwillingness—to do the job. This experience was not only frustrating, it was completely unprofessional and deeply inconvenient. I was left stranded, with no accurate information and no accountability from the towing company. Their dishonesty and lack of urgency caused an avoidable and stressful situation. I am requesting that Progressive fully investigate this incident and hold the towing company accountable. I also expect proper compensation for the time wasted and the complete lack of service I experienced.

Warren was super helpful. He was friendly, kind, and even helped me learn something new about my car. Very time efficient and effective. Go with these guys if you need a tow. They do it right.

I told him I would leave a review but I lost the card to scan but I found it! He’s the funniest most entertaining tow guy ever. He made my long ride home with my car a breeze even though i was having a really bad day. Thanks to him I’ve learned more even about my car and he took great care of my vehicle and picked up my car to tow in a timely manner. Bless his heart and his business. 💚
