This venue is great! We went here to play badminton and I loved it. Let me count the ways: (1) Step into their court (or see it from the lobby) and experience the perfect blend of elegance and functionality. Its floor plan ensures ample space for uninterrupted rallies and lightning-fast footwork. A+ for clean new mats, consistent good lighting, sleek dark ceilings without the typical warehouse bars. We enjoyed a lot of lovely and crisp rallies since we can see and hear our shots so well. (2) The change rooms are big and spacious complete with showers and lots of lockers, with a lounge area too.(3) I loved that it’s super clean and fresh smelling everywhere. (4) The in-house restaurant, Thai massage clinic, and hot yoga studio are a dream come true for me. (5) The lobby is bright and spacious overlooking the courts. Pro shop and stringing services look very modern. Only set back I saw was the parking lot which needs some paving and lighting. This is definitely a must-see and must-try venue. I haven’t explored their other racket sports sections so that’s to follow. The location is quite convenient too so you can enjoy some good food nearby.

The gym does not maintain its equipment and neither do the members. No one puts weights back. When you want to find weights it takes considerable effort and time to simply find 2 10lb plates. Plates consist of three different brands which is very off putting when you need to have two different types of plates on a bar and it took you 5 minutes to find them. The gym would largely benefit from enforcement of re racking weights and employees taking time to organize the gym.

Great gym that is never crowded. Quality of the staff and the maintenance of equipment has really improved in the last year. The trainers are supportive, friendly and very approachable. I highly recommend trying out some of the group classes, signing up for a fitness program or having an assessment done by the head trainer John. Towel service is also included which is a nice perk.

Update: Much better since they've organized everything. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family. The only downfall to the gym is some of the personal trainers are not very professional and can be extremely rude. Gym could use a little face lift but hey you're there to workout not hang out. I've been a member for a while and prior to the gym merger it was a fantastic club! I don't think BFRC took into consideration any of it's current members when they decided to squish all of the workout gear together so your workout is literally on top of the person next to you. The last time I was there one cable machine was broken, the other two seemed like they hadn't been greased in forever and there were weights and attachments left everywhere and it was only 7 am! What happened to the "Zero Tolerance"? Overall I am now completely dissatisfied with this gym and would no longer recommend it to anyone. It is really sad because this was an amazing gym!
