Burlington Smile Dental

Took my 87 year old mother to be assessed for dentures and they were going to file the paperwork with Sunlife Insurance. That was 2 months ago, no follow up, they don't answer the phone or return messages. There is never a car in parking. Very frustrated, my mom is in so much discomfort and loosing weight which is dangerous at her age. Very dissatisfied. We now have to start process over. How they ever got 5 stars is beyond me!

Dr. Berta Bacic salvaged my gums after 2 botched surgeries at another clinic. She is incredible. So gentle, so efficient and goes over every detail with you to make you feel comfortable and at ease. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Also, she has state-of-the-art equipment and a state-of-the-art staff! Her assistants and the receptionist are such a lovely group of people. I highly recommend this place!

Dr Berta and her team are top shelf. Period. I highly recommend them if you're interested in a "professional with attention to detail". She's knows her stuff...and has personality plus. A rare combination. Paula at the front desk is exceptional with her people skills and friendly. I've been there three times and every trip has been an enjoyable experience and satisfactory.
