I would not recommend this staffing company until Jesus Morales fires his shady partner Jose Jonas Mejía Velasco. Jose his partner tryed to pull a fast one and do a job behind Juses back. I hired a friend of his (Jose). Next Thing u know I’m getting a bill from dream job. Then weeks later . Jesus Morales Show’s up to my job site in Oklahoma. He had no knowledge of the job. Just seen an invoice. If it wasn’t for him being a smart businessman his partner Jose would have got over on him. So I explain that his partner Jose was here over a week after I hired his friend, I hired his friend not him. And that I didn’t hire DreamJob in any way shape or forum! After talking to his friend the guy I hired I came to find out that jose put himself on payroll as an employee to make as much money off it as he could. Never once was he working at my site. I seen him for a total of 2 mins. OnTop of that when he sent me an invoice it was completely wrong. He was missing major things and added little things that I never asked his friend to do. What a joke. After all this came to light I asked to have a meeting with Both dream job owners and the guy I hired. Jesus was ok with it but Jose would not commit to it. Then calls and messages started from jose. Because I caught his scam he tryed to make it seem like me and the guy I hired were doing something wrong. Sorry Jose Jonas Mejía Velasco but u can’t pull one over on me. As for Jesus he runs the business correct I wish him nothing but the best with his company but with jose and his shady stuff going on it’s not gonna turn out good for business if it continues. So with that being said I don’t recommend dream job but if you do use them make sure u talk to Jesus ONLY! Not the scammer Jose

I give people a chance. I have called 2 days Friday and Monday noone has called back. The listed number is out of Chicago. Never can get in touch with live person.I left a message on the site and got a response back it said call a number. I called the number no on answered but while I was calling someone was texting. Well answer the phone. It was stated that they dont have anything someone will call you. You don't know my name, you don't have my number you don't have my resume, you don't know my experience or what kind of job I am looking for, if it's day shift, midshift, or night shift more less my name .I would think that you would have to some of those thing that's listed to place someone. They are not serious about placement . People livelihoods on the line there are trying to provide for their families.On the other hand you have people playing and wasting people's time. Too much at stake not to be up front and honest. By looking at other reviews this happing quite often. Don't Waste Your Time.

Poor communication, seem like they don’t want to work . Ive called to seek work but they give me a number to text just for them not to send anything or give any jobs out
