Burningham Trucking doesn't take responsibility for the damage that their trucks cause. I was on I-215 heading West bound and I was on the lane next to the drivers side of one of their trucks. VIN # MB431830. I provided the company with all of the information that they requested including the truck #, Vin #, USDOT number and license plate number. I told them exactly what time and where the incident occurred. I received a call back from David Terry who basically told me that I don't have enough evidence to prove that the rock came from this truck. He said that the rock could have been flipped up from their trucks tires, which would make it UDOT's responsbility. The problem with that theory is that my car was pepped with sand and gravel as I was passing their truck and nowhere else on the freeway was my car peppered with sand or gravel. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy!!! Avoid this company. I was following one of their trucks. I saw a large rock fall off their truck and smash my windshield. I called them up talked with Brandon, he said the truck was carrying sand, unless I had video of it they where not going to do anything, it’s just a regular road hazard. A 4 inch rock falling off your truck on the freeway is not a regular hazard. They said I could be just making this claim up? I got pictures of your truck, license plate number, broken windshield and I called the second it happened pulled off the side of the freeway. The fact that they don’t even respond to me anymore, previous post from others stating the same thing shows the integrity of these guys. I am a small potato to them. I hope someone who is considering doing business with them reads this, my windshield could not cost more then $200 (Honda Civic). Very disappointed in this company

I am a class A CDL driver myself, I drive for a small company out of Salt Lake City. I encounter many of your trucks on a daily basis. I just want to say thank you. I don't know what you tell your drivers, but everyone I have encountered has been courteous and respectful of me and other drivers, true professionals. Good looking trucks too. 😁🚛.

Completely destroyed the front end of my vehicle. Driver dumped an entire load of gravel on SR201. Showered dozens of cars. Caused 2 grand in damage to my vehicle. Contacted Staker Parsons where they dropped off and could not get in touch with anyone that could help with this problem. UHP was also worthless as well. Had the license plate ran and it came back to Burningham trucking. Contacted them and could never get a response from anyone. Did not want to file a claim on my insurance so I get to deal with a screwed up vehicle.
