Mini KThis is the second time I’ve used Burpee‘s, both times they have delivered excellent service. From the first call made to make the appointment, the representative was extremely helpful and kind. The fact that they don’t charge for a trip and let you know when they come out with the problem is and how much it will cost is almost like no other company out there. The appointment time they provide is only no more than one or two hours of window for so you don’t have to waste your entire day waiting around like a lot of the other companies. I just can’t say enough nice things about this company. The cost of services is even either the same or lower than your average company. Thank you once again for providing excellent service.
Fred ChengMy tenant called me at 9pm out a sewer back leak. I called roro rotor and several other plumbers. My regular plumber was able to come the next day. My tenant wanted to be fixed that night. The star aligned and I was lucky to reach Tomas. He was very responsive and coordinated with my tenant. He was out at the house by 11pm and worked past midnight to address the problem. I am very satisfied with his work and responsiveness. Also his pricing was very competitive. Better than my goto plumber. I will now have Tomas as my goto plumber. Thanks Tomas.
