The entire team was professional and kind, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful follow-up call from the receptionist the very next day to check on how I was doing. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to patients. Highly recommended!

Everybody is so wonderful! Dr Susan Gemeinhardt is so knowledgeable and great at her job; you barely feel anything. Dr Galpin is also so kind and gentle, making even my family members who are scared of the dentist feel comfortable. The receptionist/administrator Satya is so lovely and sweet and funny, she treats everybody like her family. And the hygienist Manj is so funny and easy to talk to, and very gentle as well. Very lovely staff all around!! My family hasn’t lived in Vancouver for the past 10+ years but we kept going here after moving away because they are so great.

Absolutely a 10 out of 10—highly recommended! Dr. Galpin is truly a gem. My 3-year-old son had a fall and bumped his teeth. I called the office, and despite it being December 30th and already past regular hours, Dr. Galpin was about to leave. However, he graciously offered to wait for us and stayed late to help. He took a full hour to carefully examine and treat my son, showing incredible patience, professionalism, and compassion throughout the entire process. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to provide exceptional care in an urgent situation. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients, Dr. Galpin is the one. Highly, highly recommend! Plus!!!!! He and the reception can speak Mandarin. 他们讲中文！！
