Biggest SCAM you will ever see, glorified services on the face of it. Lack of Preparedness, Poor Communication & Unfair Refund Practices I engaged WIS via Salma for my Dubai Golden Visa application, expecting professional guidance and expertise. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite claiming to be experts, they were unfamiliar with the latest rule changes, which came into effect just a week before my application. Rather than proactively guiding me, they were learning about the process as we went along—something that should not happen when you are paying for consultancy services. Communication was another major issue. I had to follow up multiple times with Mr. Mohamed, who frequently missed his own promised timelines for responses. The lack of clarity and delay in updates made the entire process frustrating and inefficient as a their potential client Additionally, at the time of engagement, I was informed over a telephonic conversation that in the event of an unsuccessful application, they would retain only AED 1,500 and refund the rest. However, despite the absence of a formal contract or documented terms and conditions, they ended up keeping AED 2,500 out of the AED 5,000 paid in advance. Such discrepancies raise concerns about transparency and fair business practices and feels like day light robbery on their part that too in a region like UAE. You will find 20 other options who are 100% more efficient and honest in their approach, so if you see WIS name floating for GV- run away.
