Business Services - Laurentian Bank

i have been a loyal client with the laurentian bank for over 35 years, having had many mortgages and buisiness accounts with them. Recently i asked for refianancing on an existing mortgage coming due and was refused. i applied at another bank (for 4 times the amount) and was instantly accepted. I will never deal with the laurentian bank again.

Worst bank I've ever used, they trick you into applying for a CC with promotion and then “accidentally” charge you extra. The system is buggy all the time, the operators are unfamiliar with the business, they say they will call you back but never do!

Do NOT apply for their credit card products. They hard pull your credit and then reject (after 5 business days of waiting), giving a lame excuse of "we were unable to access your credit report. This would only apply to you if you put a freeze on your credit report with your credit bureau". First time seeing this excuse. I then immediately went to another bank and applied another credit card. Instant approval. Will file complaint for the unreasonable rejection after pulling my credit report, then say they can't access it. Stay AWAY! Do you own research, there are lots and lots of example like mine with the same generic rejection quote.
