Process was not bad, however the HVAC only blows hot air and they never informed me of this prior to move in date. Should warn people ahead of time, or keep track of when maintenance needs to be done. I asked for proof of service to system in office and was met with a dumbfounded stare for such a request.

My family recently moved to Clarksville and choose to use busy bee to find a rental property. We had found a property and had everything lined up for us to move in upon our arrival here. After driving across the country with our toddler we were eager to get unloaded and moved in. The property that we had chosen was supposed to be move in ready for us HOWEVER when we walked into to this property it was very apparent that this house had not been viewed by our agent to confirm that all issues had been taken care of or that it was cleaned. This house was in absolutely horrible condition and as you can imagine the stress it caused expecting to have a home to move into then realizing that the home is not even standard enough for a stray cat to move into. For those reasons I would not recommend the agent that assisted us through the process of getting all of our ducks in a row in order to rent from busy bee when her ducks were in fact not in a row considering she stated she had no idea the house was in that condition. I called the office to express my concerns with this property and was transferred to the manager Catherine. Catherine quickly met us at the home and was equally stunned at the state of this property. Catherine then worked with me and found us anther property that we were able to move into the same day. The only reason I am giving a positive review to this company is because of the compassion that Catherine showed to me and my family. She worked incredibly hard to ensure that we were able to find a home that was suitable to lay our child down at night. I know that a lot of companies now do not care about doing the right thing, although the initial situation was a complete nightmare I would 100% recommend this company because the fact that they owned the wrong on their side and made it right.
