I was greeted warmly by the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and quickly made sure I had submitted all necessary forms, they had already verified my insurance when I first called to schedule. I was early but they took me in almost immediately. I was seated by a extremely nice women named Katrie(sorry probably way off)who chatted and took x-rays explaining as she went along. She made me very comfortable. Dr Butler came in, again a very friendly exchange and we talked over x-rays, planned, and agreed to proceed and schedule. I went back to the front desk where the lady found a cancellation and scheduled my appointments. It is a very welcoming office. Everyone I met was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there.Truly an excellent experience!

Absolutely amazing service for my 2.5 year old. This was her first time at the dentist and Grace did such a great job making her feel comfortable in a new space. Dr. Ayala was very nice and informative, lastly I want to thank the front desk staff for being so friendly! You guys are great!

I’ve been a client for about a year now and am so happy to have found Butler Family Dental. After needing to find a new dentist that took my insurance I came across them and was so impressed from my initial interactions with their reception team. They took the time to confirm my insurance was accepted at their office and communicated every step of the way. Their reminder system is great. In person their facility is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The front desk team is an ideal balance of personable and professional. The hygienists are also very kind and gentle. Both of the dentists I’ve seen were thorough with my oral exam, gave clear answers to my questions and addressed any concerns clearly to feel the most comfortable I’ve been at the dentist, which after sticking with one dentist for 20+ years but stopped going to due to them retiring and not feeling the new ownership were a good fit, says a lot! I’m looking forward to my 6 month appointments from here on out. Thank you Dr Butler and Dr Ayala, you and your team are great! 😊
