I signed up for this gym with the understanding that I’d have access 4 days a week with the weekend plan (Thursday to Sunday). That was a key part of why I chose this place. Recently, without any notice or communication, my access was reduced to just 3 days a week. No email, no heads-up—just a surprise when I tried to go in on my usual schedule. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and have it quietly downgraded without explanation. I liked the gym itself, but this lack of transparency and communication makes it hard to trust the management. If you’re thinking about signing up, be aware that what you’re promised might not last.

At the beginning was verbally told that under platinum membership me and my spouse can fully use all services, just only one thing, one person at the time. Today was refused tanning and massage table. So now, I feel that they lie to us to lure me to membership. Even I checked carefully contract they sent to us in PDF, there is nothing written about it. But even if it was mentioned in contact. Why you want to tell people something that is not true? Trust is very easy to lose and very hard to gain back.. just a thought..

Good prices but a word of advice, pick your times well! It can become very busy at certain points throughout the day and become a struggle to complete your planned workout due to all equipment being in use.
