M Fitness is the best gym I have ever joined, and I’ve joined plenty of gyms before. Even at its busiest hours I could still enjoy my workout without feeling crowded. Everyone who works out there is so nice and I always felt comfortable being there. Michel (the owner) is great, he takes really good care of the gym and keeps everything well maintained. The staff, especially Nathalie, is super attentive and nice, and they always greet you with a smile. I would recommend it a million times!

On vacation in Montreal for a few days, got a day pass for 20$ Canadian, super friendly owner sitting at the front desk. They give everyone a towel to wipe themselves/equipment down. Machines are clean and high quality equipment. Very excited to be able to use solely atlantis machines.

M Fitness is the best gym I've ever joined and it was personally one of the best pros of living in Le Plateau. I will always have fond memories of my time and progress made here. Michel (owner) and the staff here are all incredibly friendly and supportive. Really, I can't say enough good things about this gym, the people, and the environment.

I’ve been to my fair share of gyms and this one is definitely worth joining. Out of all the nearby gyms in the plateau, specifically Saint Laurent area, it is the best. The space is clean, bright and filled with equipment. It’s never extremely busy even on those specific hours you just need to find a time right for you. The staff is so kind and the people who work out here are like a community. I’ve felt the anxieties of joining a new gym or even starting but this gym never made me feel uncomfortable or judge compared to others. The owner Michel has been very supportive of my fitness journey, providing bandaids, grip gloves in hopes of helping my pull ups. The hours are also amazing which works perfect for any schedule. The bathrooms and locker rooms are so clean it’s a bit surprising and the equipment options are large. Also it doesn’t smell as horrible as econo and the windows are actually see through and not foggy! Enjoy these photos I took after my workout, as a photographer I really appreciated the decor.
