Bx Studio - Laval

The first time I ever started taking Pilates classes was at Bx Studio, and honestly, it’s because of all the amazing instructors that I completely fell in love with it! It’s been almost 3 months now, and I can truly feel (and see!) the progress. I’ve taken classes with Gasia, Maria, both Sarahs, Rita, Juliana, Mirna, and Marina, alternating between mat and reformer Pilates - each one has such a unique style and energy, but they’re all incredible in their own way. The space is always so clean, bright, and welcoming, which makes every class such a pleasure to attend. The atmosphere at the studio is so positive and motivating, and every class leaves me feeling stronger, calmer, and happier. Can’t wait to keep going! 💪🧘‍♀️✨ much love 💛💛💛💛💛

I’ve been doing my Barre classes at BX Studio Laval for a while now, and I truly consider it my home studio! The studio is bright, clean, and has such a welcoming, positive atmosphere that makes every class enjoyable. Maria is an incredible teacher — motivating, attentive, and always encouraging. Whenever I struggle with a move, she’s right there to guide me, give tips, and cheer me on. Her support has made a huge difference in my practice and keeps me coming back every time. I leave every class feeling stronger, energized, and inspired. BX Studio Laval is perfect for anyone looking to try Barre, improve their fitness, or be part of a supportive community. Bx studio has been my feel good place for both pilates and fitness for quite a few years. All trainers are passionate, committed and seem handpicked by Gasia to support her vision of ultimate wellness she has been diligently fulfilling over many years. I’ve been to many different places, many trainers and this is by far the best one. Small intimate group, great variety of classes to push you to your limit and help you feel stronger no matter your fitness level.
