KAM BRIANDr. Cressman is outstanding. He truly knows his craft and is really personable with his patients. He's taken care of me, my wife, and children for over 15 years. He has provided great standard care and has also gone out of his way to squeeze us in for emergencies. Everyone I have referred to him has said he's the best dentist they've ever seen. The staff is really nice too. They communicate well and couldn't be more pleasant. It's obvious that they have a really good work environment. Highly recommend!
Sarah AndersonHad a wonderful experience at this office today! Scheduled a new patient appointment last Thursday, was pleased to see they had appointments available on such short notice. I was able to get my check up, cavities filled, and get fitted for a night guard all in the same day. They took my insurance so copays were very reasonable. The hygienist LaLaine (I hope I spelled that right) was so friendly and made the experience great. Dr. Cressman was excellent with the fillings! His technique for administering the novocaine was quick and painless. Really felt like this office listened to me and was so helpful. So glad my insurance recommended this practice to me!
Justin WhitfieldI had originally given Mr Cressman a decent review for the crown he put on my tooth. This was done well but when I came in for the follow up visit he was very short with me. He didn't even walk all the way in the room to discuss any follow up with me. He kept saying ok we'll get you out of here soon, we'll get you out of here soon like he was pushing me out the door and told me nothing to help me out moving forward. He told me nothing about how to care for the crown or what to eat or ANYTHING. I was a patient there for 6 years and the disrespect to an established patient like me is unacceptable. I'll also mention that one day he came in with this long hair hanging everywhere. Very unproffessional. I wouldn't advise going to this location if you want to be treated with any respect at all. I forgot to mention that after my first very good review that I gave him I noticed in the responses to the Google reviews he welcomed everyone back but not in my response. He was short with his response to my Google review just like he was in the office for my follow up visit. Please stay away from this place!!!
