BZ Maintenance Services came last week to do a chemical wash on my vinyl siding. Charles is a super person to work with who cares deeply about doing the best job that he can. He did not leave until he was happy with the results. He did extra washes on parts of the house that required and ended up being here 8 hours running a pressure washer! My house was very dirty, and had not been washed in 10+years. There were large amounts of discolouring and oxidation from the sun and dirt build up. It was impossible for Charles to remove all of the drips that came out of the siding cracks as the siding dried and I could tell he was not happy about that. They are a light color and would not even show on lighter siding. I am fully satisfied with the results of the chemical washing because my house is squeaky clean and the color it is supposed to be now!😊. The drips have faded over time and they are a result of it being clean which is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Charles for doing a great job at a reasonable and fair price.
