Placed an order. Their shipping system said my address did not exist and to give another. I've lived here for 2 years. I sent an email, called, left message. Never heard back. My cart was emptied. Totally inept & unprofessional!
My company has used C6 for a few orders now, and every time it's a smooth process. I see there are some negative reviews which do not at all reflect the quality of service this company provides. There was 1 error with one of our products, I had sent a picture and description of what was wrong, and they got back to me almost instantly. They did not ask for us to ship back the faulty product (like most companies do-so this was very nice), but rather gave us more of the product (fixed) free of charge, It was very simple, and they are very polite and understanding. I will definitely continue to use this company for my orders-quick, efficient, and polite.
