Cabinet Connect of Charlotte which is affiliated with East Coast Granite. I brought my cabinets in 2021 with a 5 year warranty. Had I known I was going to encounter such terrible and unprofessional customer service when calling for service/repairs within my 5 year warranty period I would have never spent the amount of money I did. The paint on my kitchen cabinets is peeling and the pot drawer that was installed keeps getting off track. Each time I call to get service on these repairs I get terrible customer service and a promise to call back which never happens. Cabinet Connect product is definitely not what it seems. If you are looking to get custom cabinets please look somewhere else. Dealing with this company isn't worth the headache. Buy at your own risk.

Dennis was great to work with. We needed to match cabinets in a new home and fill a hole the previous homeowners left. He gave us several options and the finished product turned out great. Excellent install team as well. Very clean and professional.

No need to go to the custom cabinet shop for cabinets which I have always done in the past. Dawn Andruzzi designed the perfect kitchen for a space that was very challenging. Not only did she do the layout but they sell, assemble, and install the cabinets. They have a good selection of countertop material which they fabricate and install too. Their prices are extremely fair and the service is excellent. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

I ordered my cabinets back in November and due to delays in the construction industry, I received the cabinets in March. Dawn was great to work with. She was very kind and professional. Dennis was great as well. Even though the cabinets were delayed, the product was nice. The cabinet vanities look great.
