Travis came out this morning to do a check up on our AC/Heat system. He is very courteous, polite and professional. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations of what he recommends for our system. Travis has a great personality and it was a pleasure having him to come out and do the inspection on our system. Dial One Johnson always sends the best people out. Thank you for your awesome customer service and great workers! These guys truly are the best, cant recommend them enough. Jose called and let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled, which was excellent. Arrived, diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem within 10 minutes. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Top service.

Dial One was quick to book an appointment. Their friendly admin staff was very helpful. The call-out fee is mandatory, and they only come to assess, so the work wasn't done the same day. But once the plumbers were there 2 days later, they did all they could to figure out and fix the problems. A big shout-out to James & Will, who were excellent in their communication and work-ethic. I will certainly call on these folks again.
