Arnaud Lublink1 star rating, strong SOAP taste with my cup of latte (horrible) and get No excuse , bad face that’s what I got, like it was my fault. I told said what no excuse it’s not my fault you give me a soap taste coffee, then argument was « a because of our dishwasher » . Gave me a take away cup but damn what a horrible customer service. They didn’t offer me water to rinse my mouth. Not a single moment she excuses her for the bad experience. Even when she gave the take away cup, nothing. She should find an other job if she dislikes people.
Geri ValeThree uniformed members of staff but only one actually working taking orders, making drinks and clearing tables. The other two were sitting on barstools they had dragged behind counter chatting and using their mobiles. In the end I cleared a table for my Mum and I myself and handed it to one of the staff who was doing nothing. When another customer approached them for assistance with downstairs tables needing clearing they rolled their eyes as they walked down the stairs behind the customer. Absolutely awful attitude!
