Cafe Fourteen is truly one of my favorite spots in Palatine! The food is always fresh and high-quality, and every dish I’ve had has been delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer and enjoy your morning. A special shoutout to Tori, who is such an amazing waitress! She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and always makes the experience even better. Honestly, all of the staff here are so kind and friendly, which makes every visit feel special. Cafe Fourteen is definitely a gem in Palatine. If you’re looking for a place with great food, warm service, and cozy vibes, this is it!

Such a live diner. Love the amount of people and conversation here. Tori was our waitress she is super sweet. Also very informative. The food here so good we had the stuffed waffle wow it was amazing the amount of fruits you get is a good amount. And first time trying a gyro omlette wow the gyro meat with feta cheese in an omlette great idea! Will be go to Sunday breakfast place and highly recommend!

Food was AMAZING. A friend and I split the breakfast burger and the Western skillet. Both were an 11 out of 10. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We never even had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. They checked up on us regularly, but not so much that it felt like too much. We came during the Saturday brunch rush, so it was pretty packed. So if you're someone who enjoys quieter restaurants, I would recommend coming in closer to noon on a Saturday. But overall it was a wonderful experience.

We’re from Texas and heard great things about this place from a friend. The staff was so sweet and their food was so great it gave me “dad just made us a home cooked meal” vibes and I’d definitely come back again. Got the biscuits and gravy, super soft biscuits and savory gravy with some sausage. We also got the steak skillet and the steak was cooked to perfection.
