Customer experiences
Coffee 23 is a really cool spot to grab a coffee, enjoy a small snack, and have a good conversation. The place has a rustic, artsy vibe, and every corner seems to tell a story. You’ll find interesting details everywhere—cool pictures, melting candles, and artistic mirrors that make the space unique. The seating inside is limited, but they have a cozy backyard and a rooftop that are perfect for hanging out. The backyard, shaded by grapevines, is especially relaxing. It’s not fancy or luxurious, but it’s full of character. Plus, the coffee and pastries are excellent! In my opinion, it’s one of the coolest coffee shops in Toronto.
It's a nice place where you can find a vintage aura and a quiet place to chat or study. The garden is very beautiful, perfect for nature lovers although I would like it to be wider, sometimes it is so crowded that you can't find a table outside. The coffee is good and the service too, they are friendly guys, although the menu is incomplete, you only have a couple of options such as fruit Danish and vegetarian sandwich. In general, the place is nice for a chat and a coffee, I liked the interior decoration full of natural flowers, artist paintings, a piano and lit candles 🥰😇
This hidden gem is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The patios in the rear lower and upper level garden feelings along with the freshly done pastries and coffee will hit the spot for you. If you’re from the city or just visiting this spot is highly recommended. Enjoy ❤️ and thank me later…
Cafe23 is a really beautiful place. Its a nice, quiet atmosphere with a single clean bathroom. The food and drinks themselves were okay. I saw a lot of reviews raving about the cinnamon bun but I found it lacking in richness. It tasted like someone tried to make a healthy version of a cinnamon bun, and you could tell. It was also topped with lemon zest which I did not see mentioned anywhere. I am not a fan of citrus flavours so this was an unpleasant surprise for me. In addition, prices were a little high, even factoring in the location. Milk alternatives were an extra $1.50 charge. That being said, if you can afford it, the patio really is a gorgeous place to hang out on a nice day.
Cafe23 is a cafe.
