I would also like to thank Salman for his assistance in creating the perfect custom topper for my order. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the ordering process. I observed a slight gap in communication between staff members when it came to determining the feasibility of same-day orders. As a client, I would expect a smoother coordination process among your team members and not asking the client to contact the staffs separately and relay messages to the staffs to avoid any confusion or delays. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with accessing my account on the website due to password-related challenges. Despite requesting a password reset, I did not receive any email confirmation. I believe addressing this technical issue would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Despite these gaps, I genuinely appreciate the valuable support provided by Sara and Salman.

I've been using cakecraft for atleast a year now and they are amazing. Sara always responds to requests on whatsapp. Salman does perfect custom toppers and Sameer I so good with getting my edible printed so professionally done all the time. What a great team
