I’m someone who believes in returning a home better than I received it — so during my move-out, I wanted to make sure every detail was covered. Thankfully, Maria and Ramiro made that so much easier. Ramiro, my inspector, was fantastic. He handled both inspections with patience, flexibility, and true professionalism. When I had an unexpected emergency, he immediately adjusted his schedule to help. He’s detailed, respectful, and genuinely wants things to go well for everyone involved. Maria, the Property Management Coordinator, was equally amazing. She wasn’t just responsive — she stayed on top of every step, managing communication between me and the owner so nothing slipped through the cracks. Her clarity and efficiency made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Knowing she was in my corner made such a difference. I’m very grateful for both of them. They turned what could have been a stressful move-out into an organized and positive experience. Five stars all the way!

Cal Agents has done a great job managing my place for me. They're very prompt with communicating property needs and updates and they've been great with addressing any questions or concerns that I've had. All the staff members that I've spoken to over email, including Ahyeza, Ram, Chris, Katie, Ricardo, and many more have been very professional and helpful over email. Cal Agents seems to have a great property management system in place and I'm happy to have entrusted my property with them.

Cal Agents has been excellent. They’ve worked with our landlord to make sure our place is in great shape and that we’re happy. They did a very thorough inspection when they took over the property managing. In just a couple of weeks, the team including Ahyeza, Jade, Ramiro, and Allan have been there every step of the way to fix plumbing, CO2/smoke alarms, supply a fire extinguisher, clean gutters, and other various maintenance.
