Anna V GaribayI've been going through a dental nightmare recently and I'm beginning to see it's not worth it to drive out to the suburbs to try and save money. This dentist seems to be in it for the money. He is superficially nice but it is more like he'll do anything to maintain a façade. I say this because even though he has apparently top of the line equipment his staff are all very, very young and many are lacking in professionalism. Even worse some of them are rude and immature. I've been here several times. This last time it is quite clear that the guy at the front desk who took my call did not give any of my indications to the dentist as he was oblivious when I saw him. The dentist had absolutely no idea I came in for an extraction. He went by paperwork that indicated I needed something else. He seemed a slight bit upset I was going to request something that would generate him less money. His work is unpredictable. He did a bridge for me and it fell off within the warranty period so thankfully it was replaced but it was an inconvenience to be sure. On a few occasions it was quite apparent that the dentist selectively listens to you at best. It's actually quite frustrating and makes it even worse that he has poor communication with the front desk.
