Chase Smith and Garage Living upgraded my 1-1/2 car garage in August 2024. Since the garage is small, I need to make the best use of the space. Chase and his helper Javier installed new cabinets, slat wall, and a polyaspartic floor coating. They were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. They truly put the customer first. The garage is much more beautiful (and functional) than I ever imagined it could be. Please see the before and after photos below. I do not hesitate to recommend them if you are considering a garage project.

Best experience! We love our garage living makeover. I attempted an epoxy kit myself, and… it didn’t work out well or last very long. Learn from me! So, we had Chase and garage living come and remove and then do a new epoxy flooring for us. It looks awesome, and is high quality, way better quality than what I used from Benjamin Moore. While he was there, I thought why not add some overhead storage, and then to top it off I had slat walling and additional storage added. Chase went above and beyond with amazing attention to detail. His prices were great and his products were even better. I had also thought of doing an off label slatwall product myself, but once I saw the difference in quality, durability, and strength. I couldn’t help but choose garage living. We are so glad we chose Chase. No regrets! The garage looks amazing. Wish I’d done it earlier. Thanks Chase

I’m so happy with my new garage!!! It’s well organized, clutter free and oh so beautiful:) Chase and his team did a fantastic job creating a space that works specifically for my needs and of course addressing those little things I’ve been dreaming up for some time! Chase and the Garage Living team are among the best contractors we’ve ever hired. We talked to several garage flooring and cabinetry companies about our project and Chase was the most responsive, detailed, and creative. Chase visited our house while it was under construction, developed a very helpful 3D rendering of the proposed project, and walked us through it in detail. He took time out of his weekend schedule to meet us at his office so we could see the products in person and finalize our choices, and narrowed the scope to exactly what we needed. Work started and finished on time, with Chase and his team accommodating our tight construction schedule, despite needing to work extremely late each day to ensure everything was done on time and to the highest quality. We had a minor hiccup with a garage opener and Chase handled it without any deliberation or hesitation. Our garage is one of the favorite parts of our new house: it is highly functional, looks great, and is easy to maintain. From the initial conversations to the conclusion of the project, Chase and Garage Living did an incredible job.
