They are not deserving to have even one star, really bad, untrustworthy place. I have been there a couple of months ago and dentist said I have bacterial infection that caused deep cleaning and also he said I have some cavities and total charges came up around $2000. I couldn’t believe it because I have been to my regular dentist and she said I have no issue about 6 months ago. Then I went to different dentist after this horrible place And my new dentist was very honest and told me that I don’t have any cavities and they did regular teeth cleaning for me so fast. This place is a scam and I’m very disappointed in them because I was their long time customer before and wanted them back so I went to see them again but instead they do xtray and regular teeth cleaning they came up with these lies to me. What a shame!!! I want to say that dentist who is serving to his patients as a doctor/saver, don’t forget your duty! Your duty is save and help people not scamming and lying 🤥 to your patients to make a few dirty bucks! Have some class for being a doctor 👨‍⚕️. What a shame! Karma is real be careful.

I had two crowns done and a root canal. They told me I needed 5 more crowns. I went to a different dentist and prices were much cheaper and they gave me a different treatment plan. I just wish I would have gone to the other dentist sooner. This dentist seems to be dishonest and overpriced. I would be careful. I’m in debt now $3000 for this treatment.

I went there with a tooth ache. Got X-rays and saw the Dentist. I explained that I could not afford the previous very expensive plan they had provided me with last year and asked about getting a partial denture. He said they would write up a plan for me and let me know. Then he gets up and leaves. Never offered any solution for my tooth ache. The dental assistant said I could go home and the office manager would contact me. So now it is two days later and I have not heard from them and my tooth ache is getting worse. First time in my life I have left the dentist in pain. Beware.

We have always had a good experience since we've gone to this dentist. However, recently the experience had been less than satisfactory. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic to clear up an infection from an impacted wisdom tooth. The infection did not clear up and my daughter is having severe pain. I called office in the morning, 5 more calls throughout the day, was assured the doctor would call me back by end of the day, 5:30. My call at 5:15 went to voice mail, I left a msg, called back at 5:30 now the msg says they are closed and gives option to page the doctor in case of emergency so I did that. It is now 6:00 and I'm extremely upset that such a simple issue couldn't be resolved. 8hours is an ample amount of time for a doctor to review a chart and get back to me. Now my daughter has to wait another day, in pain until we can take care of this. I have to say, the staff is very nice and have always been good with my daughter. I think this office is maybe overbooked or understaffed or both. Whatever the situation may be, this was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I hope this was an isolated event and have decided to find dental services elsewhere.
