They take the time to explain every step of treatment and make sure I’m progressing safely and effectively. Each session feels tailored to my needs, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident in my recovery. Katrina is wonderful as well—so kind, helpful, and encouraging during exercises. She makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and her positive energy really motivates me. The whole team here works together seamlessly and makes you feel welcomed and supported from the moment you walk in. California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy is an amazing group of dedicated professionals. They are very educated, organized and available. PT Eric Applegate was wonderful. With his help and support of the other therapists I have recovered from my injury and can assume many of my favorite activities. The extra home exercise app is a great addition to keep you on track. I highly recommend this clinic.

Cal rehab and sports therapy (2488 Delacruz blvd) was absolutely central to my recovery through a nasty ACL tear. They’ve supported me from January 2025-September 2026, through the pre-surgery strength training and the post-surgery recovery! I absolutely loved working with them, especially Ese, Eric,, Anna, and Penelope who were thoughtful and supportive! Extra thanks to Katrina and Genesis for making sure that I went through my entire routine each day without a hitch! And of course Rayanne always ensured that I had my classes all scheduled in to the best of my convenience. And when I completed my time there, I got a cute little graduation certificate too! He was thoughtful, engaging and approachable and gave me good advice They were extremely responsive and respectful. Any questions I had they asked. The treatment they gave addressed chronic weaknesses in my legs and hips Pain that I assumed was normal has gone away.
