California Roof Runners did our roof and gutters, and they were fantastic from start to finish. I got three bids and all were generally in the same ballpark - but California Roof Runner's was the best value overall and ultimately it was their responsiveness and transparency that won our business. Nick patiently answered my emails asking questions about materials, process and warranties quickly and clearly. I'm a Realtor and work with a lot of contractors; this was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had. They installed Presidential shingles, added ridge vents for better attic airflow, replaced the gutters and downspouts, and added gutter guards. Our roof replacement was a bit trickier because of our solar panels, but they handled the removal and re-install and carefully placed the panels where they wouldn't get damaged in the interim. The crew showed up on time and Nick consistently kept me in the loop as I live in another state. When I came to see the end result and there was one small issue with the gutters and I raised it, Nick came to see it in person and make it right. They were super professional and super easy to work with. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and I am telling all my friends and colleagues about them!
