Sarai MedranoThe bookstore is always clean and well organized! They have clothes for the whole family including infant sizes! Although books and materials are a little over priced they do price match on books. I rented books on five different occasions because the rentals were cheaper here than on Amazon. (Although that's not always the case for every subject) Ordering online pickup is super simple, reliable and convenient.

BenHad a frustrating experience. Rented a used textbook from the bookstore. It came in poor condition and it had water damage and some pages we're suspiciously stuck together. I thought nothing of it because it was a used rental. Turns out the book was useless for the class and was hardly used it at all during the semester and it spent the majority of the time in my desk drawer. Overall a waste of money renting it. When attempting to return the book, I was told that they would not accept the book in the condition, the same exact condition I received the book. I was told i would have to buy the book or be subjected to late fees. Ended up buying it for only $6. While it was clearly not a large amount of money, the fact that the bookstore sends out used books in poor condition and the refuses to accept them in the same exact condition is both frustrating and unethical. If the bookstore really cares about the condition of the books they sell, they would do a better job at checking the condition of the books before they send them out to students and give them the run around when they are simply trying to return the books on time. I will never rent textbooks from the bookstore again.
