From our first meeting we knew we were in expert hands. Grace was so engaged and guided us through the planning stages really professionally. The installation team were brilliant. Punctual and friendly. And a real sense of pride in the quality of their work. David and Rhona were in regularly to check things were going as planned (which they always were). We absolutely love our new kitchen & utility and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bulldog. We chose Bulldog Kitchens because they have a building team working with them. Grace the kitchen designer pulled together a really clever plan to make the most of the space after carefully listening to what we wanted. There was plenty of time to disuss and refine the plans. Realistic visuals were updated so we had and idea of how the finished areas would look. Even though the spaces were small it was still a massive job. The team were there every morning and it was all project managed effectively by David and Paul. There were problems along the way but everyone worked to solve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. The job did go over time due to deliveries out of Bulldogs control. This was all managed effectively and we were completely updated. We had every faith that Bulldog were doing their best to make sure the job was completed perfectly with the most minute attention to detail. Any problems or concerns we had we were able to speak to one of the team quickly and in person. Everyone we who dealt with us did their best to ensure we were completely happy. All of the builders, electricians and plumbers we had in the house were courteous, helpful and tidy. Would definitely recommend them!

Bulldog recently renovated my entire kitchen, including ripping out the old kitchen, stripping the walls, rewiring, re plumbing, plastering, fitting the kitchen and all the finishing touches. Throughout the process the communication was on point, nothing was too much trouble and the staff both in the office and on the job were lovely, understanding and only wanted the best for our project. If anything needed double checking or if something came up that was unforeseen, the staff were brilliant at examining what it was, why it was an issue and how they were going to overcome it. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. The staff have done a wonderful job and you can see the kitchen has been fitted with care and to a very professional standard. We would definitely recommend them and would look to use them in the future, if we ever needed work done on that scale again.
