Great clinic with wonderful staff that are truly invested in your wellbeing. Dr Meag is an amazing practitioner that uses multiple treatment types to address issues, and is just an overall lovely human being. The clinic has a variety of staff to give you a great integrated experience with chiro/massage/physio/etc...highly recommend!

Dr. Spencer was absolutely incredible. Unlike most chiropractors that I have been to that just get you in and out as quickly as they can. He explained what he was doing and listened to what my problems were. I highly recommend visiting Kinetic Living and specifically asking for Dr. Spencer. The facility was also very well maintained and clean. Friendly front stuff that had smiles on and made you feel welcome

Dr. Spencer Barber has been indescribably impactful to me and under his guidance I have been able to recover a level of back health I honestly could not have dreamed of after struggling with a chronically bad back for over a decade. For years I avoided certain movements (bending over) out of fear of my back going “out”. Doctor Barber helped give me physical tools to make me stronger and more functional, but also invested considerable time in helping me rewire how I perceive and respond to back pain and “risky” movements for myself (simple things like picking something off the ground or tying my shoes). My progress has been immense and my quality of life has improved immeasurably under Dr. Barber’s care. He is so very knowledgeable and practical when it comes to backs and having been a chronic back pain sufferer himself I think adds a dimension of relatability for patients. If you are suffering from a chronic back issue, I can’t recommend Dr. Barber enough.
