We just had our first appointment with the Buck Creek Dental team, and I couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, the experience put my 4-year-old daughter completely at ease. The entire team is warm, patient, and clearly very skilled. Dr. Jones explained everything in child-friendly language and made sure my daughter understood what was happening, which really helped calm her nerves. The office is a welcoming space that gave off no “dental office anxiety” vibes.

She and her staff took the time to not only explain procedures, but made sure all my questions were answered. I also love that we share some of the same hobbies. The staff here is absolutely amazing and so friendly. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done due to an accident, and they were incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. I’ve put off treatment for a while because I didn’t have dental insurance and was nervous about the cost, but they work with you on pricing and even offer in-house financing. They are very thorough with their X-rays and scans, and they take the time to clearly explain everything and walk you through your options. My sister has worked in the dental field for nearly 20 years, so I’ve learned how to spot offices that prioritize profit over patient care — this is not one of those places. This office is all about patient care. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out!

Got a consult today after years of anxiety driven dental work avoidance. Great atmosphere, and everyone was very accommodating. Dr. Acton was personable, attentive, and upfront about costs and treatment options. Glad to say I’m a new patient !
