I have used Cal Neva signs several times over the last couple years for vehicle wraps. All was great up until about a month ago. I reached out to get another 2 vehicles wrapped for my business on a Saturday not expecting any response. However, the weekend comes to a close and then Monday goes by, then Tuesday, I then call on Wednesday just to see if they received my email or if it bounced or maybe went to spam. When they answer the phone I just say very plainly, "Hey I sent an email over to get on your schedule for another vehicle wrap, I just want to make sure you got my email." The response I received was, "Oh yeah, we are too busy. Can you call back later?" Odd. Another week goes by with no communication. And another, and another. I have yet to get on their schedule at all over a month later. I also reached out during this same time frame to get the artwork used for my wraps to use for marketing material for my business. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to give me even one file. Let alone ALL my files, which I still have yet to receive. I was told I have well over 200 art files and that it would be impossible to get them all to me. I even offered to drive to their office with an external hard drive to ensure the simplest transfer of files which was denied. During our email and phone call exchanges, I was even told that he can't give me the files because he doesn't think we would even know what we are looking at so why bother sending them? What a slap in the face. After pressing and pressing I was told I would start getting some files. Once I started getting files via a drop box link, it was just a trickle. Mind you, a trickle of THE WRONG FILES. Then it turned into a file here, 3 files there. But I still don't have the 200+ files I was told existed for my business. Mind you, I paid for all this artwork. They are my files that I still have yet to receive. Very frustrating when I have people counting on these files to be able to create content and material related to my vehicle graphics. I can only think of two possible reasons as to why this happened, either 1: They are hoping I just roll over and let them keep the files because they are afraid they are going to lose a client and if they hold my files hostage, then I am forced to use them. Or 2: They lied about actually having 200+ files because they wanted it to seem more complicated than it actually is and make me feel bad for asking for files that are rightfully mine. Nonetheless, not a good way to do business. Who knows, maybe I didn't pay them enough money over the years or maybe I am just not important enough. Which is fine. But I also have a business to run and if you cant help me, just say so! That way I can find someone who can so that I can take what needs to be taken care of in my business. All I wanted was honest communication and I couldn't even get that. I was given the run around and told they are too busy to even let me know they received an email let alone schedule my vehicle wraps. I have sent email after email and made phone call after phone call just trying to get on their schedule. Nothing like begging a business to give them money and being told they are too busy to help or even worse, get no communication at all. If you value decency and punctual business, Cal Neva Signs isn't that. They are frustration, chaos, and difficulties. I hate writing negative reviews but I am running out of options as I am no longer getting any communication from them and I want those who choose to use them to know what experience they may receive.
