Mark was exceptionally professional. He focused directly on the behavior we needed to eliminate first to make sure Oliver was easy to live with. His tools were practical and effective. He was confident and showed us results after our first meeting. Our dog Oliver learned to heel and stopped pulling on his leash after a few weeks with Mark. Mark has created a dedicated and safe Pack that is carefully chosen to be part of his community. They are incredible to watch, walking together on or off leash, perfectly behaved. I recommend Mark and his team to everyone!! His whole team was very professional, organized, and responsive. We got a Shiba puppy (Taiko) and wanted to start training immediately, so we reached out to CalPro. Mark helped with all of our puppy’s indoor behavior and came by for follow ups since Taiko wasn’t vaccinated yet. Once our pup was fully vaccinated, we started outdoor training and that was amazing!! Mark taught us proper ways of walking, sitting, recall, and most importantly down stays. It feels simple but actually seeing the results and using those skills in our every day lives now has made having a dog so enjoyable. Most importantly, Mark and his team has taught us how Taiko should behave with other dogs. A few things we loved and wanted to mention on this training class was that Mark trained us how to train our pup, he was super patient and helpful whenever our pup wasn’t learning, and he knows everything about everything to help your dog!
