Customer experiences
I do really recommend this place , the quality of the service is outstanding Nick was great and Rachel was super helpful both are amazing they took their time explaining for me many things throw out my view to many different things in the store and they are humble and honest.
This store has a great selection of restaurant equipment and overall feels well-run. The staff member who helped me was polite and straightforward. However, I ran into an issue with pricing. I found a pen labeled at around $13, and there was even another sticker above the same set of pens showing the same price. When I went to pay, the register scanned it at about $18 before tax, which came out to $20 with tax. I only learned of the higher price at checkout. The cashier explained they have to go with the scanned price, not the tag. She was honest and didn’t try to deny it, but I still ended up returning the product. Everything else about the store is good, but price discrepancies like this are frustrating for customers and shouldn’t happen.
Cannot say enough good things about the whole team! Everyone was so friendly and helpful while we were in panic mode. Our school popcorn machine gave out on us and the folks at Olympusd with us to provide a beautiful, new popcorn machine while keeping within our budget and timeline. They even delivered the machine right to us! Such a positive experience.
Been here several times, the old lady here is rude. Don’t know if I’ve caught her on all the wrong days. They aren’t helpful at all, I’ve literally had to argue with them about stuff in know they have in stock cause I’ve bought there before. When they finally go check they find it. I’m done with this place, this last time I went in everyone is just standing around they send me the grouchy old lady she’s no help. I just decided to walk out. As someone that owns a business and works in the serve industry, I’m walking in there to buy stuff I need, not just window shop, it’s a shame cause I really did give this place several chances.
