I contacted Fatima at Cambridge Premier Realty about an apartment a week before my current lease was ending and I needed to find a new place to live. I just signed a lease through this group. In hindsight I came in asking a LOT. I wanted to tour an occupied unit, on a weekend, with extremely short notice, and then right after the tour I asked for same-day lease signing with an early move-in date and some lease modifications. Fatima gave up a lot of her weekend to make all that happen, coordinating everything efficiently between me, the current tenant, and the landlord so that we all came out happy. I've had several negative experiences with agents/brokers in the past, so I never understood why anyone, landlord or tenant, would spend extra money to hire one. My experience with Fatima showed me how much value a good agent brings to the table. Great responsiveness and work ethic, handled everything in record time, and I really liked her nice and relaxed communication style. She made the whole process quick, smooth, and pleasant for me, with none of the stressfulness I'm used to with the Boston rental market. I'm so happy with the lease I signed and my new apartment!
