My whole experience with Duck River was about as smooth as it gets. From the application process to the signing and extension of my lease to the move-in and duration of my stay, never was there a hiccup. Rarely did anything need maintenance, and when it did they sent someone quickly to resolve the issue. They were very kind and understanding of my particular circumstances, specific requests I had regarding the property I rented, and interacting with Tina and folks at the office was always pleasant. I’d recommend Duck River realty to anyone.
