Camping World RV Sales

I’ll add this review again. Not sure why it didn’t load. Anyway, be sure to get Christian Barnes as your salesperson. He is knowledgeable , honest and low pressure. Takes good care of his clients. Stayed late to go thru everything on the RV. He made sure service did as asked. I was a little concerned since we had a 6 hour drive home at night. Even after the sale he responded quickly. Many reviews were not good so we were hoping it would go ok for us. I think it must depend on your sales person. And what you buy, so many RV or campers are just not built well. We bought a used Airstream. Thank you Christian.

If I could give zero stars I would, this is the absolute worst company I have ever had the unpleasantness of working with! As someone who has worked in customer service for MANY years and is now in the process of opening my own business I would be absolutely disgusted with my employees and company! Where do I begin with this place honestly our first visit should have been the red flag that kept us from coming back but instead we decided to give them a chance and boy did we make the biggest mistake. We walked in and explained our budget to Mark and what we were looking for which was a trailer under 12,000 dollars they then proceeded to show us several new and used options and the one we liked we were told was 14,000 but could be talked down to closer to our budget. We decided to take sometime and they were not happy we wanted to think on it and were very rude even though we had told them we weren’t buying that day anyways, but a few days later we called and said we would take it to then find out it was actually listed at 25,000 and they tried to make us pay the full amount for it. We finally were able to get it for the 14,000 THEY told us it was but we were treated absolutely HORRIBLY after that as if it was our fault they showed us one above our budget and told us the wrong price. Once we got it home we then discovered all the problems it had including water damage on the floors and some walls, unkept seals that were causing leaks, roof damage, and the poop tank had not even been cleaned out before we bought it so WE had to clean other peoples poop out of the tank. We were lied too and manipulated with this company and I will never recommend anyone go here! We have taken it back after 6 months of trying to fix everything and use it we decided this was wrong and have tried to sell it back to them but they told us it was worthless because of the issues they sold it to us with. Mark then proceeded to tell us we just need to sell it to a hunter on Facebook who will put it in a field and not touch it. This is not how you handle situations and we have contacted corporate who so far has been understanding and seems to be trying to help us which is much appreciated. Other camping world locations have seemed to be better but I do NOT recommend this location or Mark at all.

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER HERE! My spouse bought a camper from these people and they lied to my spouse after paying over 40k... They tell my spouse everything works, he paid 1300 for an inspection that they didn't do because they would have caught the issue we found within the first 3 hours of having it... He tells them the issue on what is wrong with it and these people literally tried to make a claim on the insurance because they themselves don't want to pay for it and the insurance denied this because it's a preexisting problem and insurance company will not pay for preexisting issues that the people who sold him it should have caught... Now my spouse has to possibly take them to court because it seems they are refusing to pay for their screw up because they sold us a useless camper.. this camper should have NEVER been sold to anyone for how much was wrong with it and it should have been sent to auction...the fact they lied about it is really sad just so they could make a quick buck.. they won't give my spouse a refund on it either because they know the camper is junk with all the issues it has and they know they will not make any profit for how much is wrong with it.
