I purchased a car from this dealership in January, and let’s just say it’s been an unforgettable experience — for all the wrong reasons. Right from the start, I noticed a loud noise from the front suspension and a non-functioning cruise control, both of which I reported within the first 36 days, when the safety certification was still valid. Despite several visits (and some truly creative explanations), these issues remain as reliable as ever — unfortunately. Every time I took the car in, it came back with either the same issues or brand-new surprises. They worked on the catalytic converter, the cluster, and the dashboard, but a lasting solution was nowhere to be found. Other reputable mechanics have since advised me that the P0420 code affecting the cruise control probably points to an oxygen sensor or an exhaust line issue, but here they confidently blamed my Apple CarPlay — very innovative, I must say. I’ve spent over $450 on transportation just to drop off and collect the car because I rely on it for work. I made it clear from the start that I needed a safe, reliable vehicle — apparently, that was too much to ask. Four months later, the issues are still with me — unlike their commitment to fixing them. Throughout this process, I had to repeatedly ask for repairs that were promised at the time of sale. The staff even managed to throw in some foul language while explaining problems — a nice touch of unprofessionalism. And now, the cherry on top: they’ve informed me that they’ll no longer provide any service or repairs for my vehicle. I truly wish I could turn back time and never walk through those doors. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone — stay away. 🚗💔

Not a good experience at all. You live an hour away call just before leaving to make sure the vehicle is still available just to show up and have the sales guy tell you someone put a deposit down just 15 minutes ago. Then the guy takes a call completely disregarding you instead of using his manners and telling the person he is on the phone with that he is dealing with a client and will give whomever a call back. Screw all the time and energy you wasted trying to find a vehicle that best suits you and buy something else off the lot, that you are probably not interested in but we gotta get rid of it, it’s not so bad.

I purchased a car from Concord at the beginning of May and can’t be happier with the price and purchase! As for the Owners and staff they are outstanding people! They looked after me tip top! If you are looking for a very good used vehicle I would recommend you stop in and take a look! Outstanding service!!
