Highly recommend Jia Jia moving! They were so professional, fast and caring. From the first interaction with Sharon who helped us schedule and reschedule and explained all the costs, she was great! The 4 movers came with a 30ft and 25ft truck and they strategically packed and moved all our stuff so efficiently. For the amount of items going upstairs and downstairs there were no scratches on the walls at all - was impressive! Very happy!

At either end of the move, there were restrictions with access to the building and the elevator, but they sorted out how to do the move, and put a great effort into getting everything in the correct location at the new office.
