Buying Time

I was looking for a new home in another province. It is a very difficult task at the best of times, and so much more difficult during the pandemic. Rick Clarke provided an outstanding service with his excellent knowledge in the field, customer oriented mentality, and exemplary reply rate. Rick Clarke is extremely patient, knowledgeable and understanding, to mention a few qualities. There were times when, due to my personal circumstances, unrelated to the home purchase, I wanted to call it quits, but Rick sensed the pressure and stepped in bringing calmness, guiding me in the right direction. The distance of thousands of kilometers was easily bridged with Rick's assistance and I now have the new home I was looking for, in a perfect neighborhood. Couldn't have done it without Rick's help.
